Objectives

  • To conserve and enhance the unique and essentially rural character of the civil parish of Baughurst with Wolverton, Hampshire, for the benefit and enjoyment of its present and future inhabitants.
  • To promote knowledge and pride in the parish’s history as well as awareness of current or potential developments likely to affect the character of the parish’s environment.
  • To make representations as the Executive Committee may consider proper to statutory authorities, elected representatives, incorporated or voluntary bodies, or private individuals in furtherance of the Baughurst Society’s objects or interests.
  • To enhance public amenities within the parish by such charitable endeavours as the Society may find practical.
